A NEW LIFE • A NEW PURPOSE • A BRIGHTER TOMORROW
What does it mean to be born again?
Being born again is not simply becoming more religious. It is receiving new life through faith in Jesus Christ — turning to Him, trusting Him and beginning a new life with God.
It means acknowledging our need for salvation, believing in Jesus Christ and responding to His grace with repentance and faith.
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”— 2 Corinthians 5:17
A simple prayer
“Lord Jesus, I believe that You are the Son of God. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. Forgive me, cleanse me and make me new. I surrender my life to You. Be my Lord and Saviour. Help me to follow You from this day forward. Amen.”
